As parents we all want to help our children succeed. Sometimes we need a little help when it comes to learning (it’s hard being a teacher!). Below are a few educational resources every parent should know about!
Khan Academy is chalk full of FREE resources to help kids with math, science, history, economics, and more with an age range of Pre-K through 8th grade (at least!). I can say from PERSONAL EXPERIENCE this resource is amazing and I’ve seen it help multiple people get through math class!
If you’re a parent of a 3-6 year old, check out Jumpstart! You can download games for your computer, phone, or tablet (iOS and Andriod). I remember Jumpstart from 20 years ago, but it has grown SO MUCH! Now you can gain access to resources like activities, worksheets, even articles. If you haven’t already, you definitely need to look into this!
This website has a lot of games, activities, and science experiments for Pre-K through 5th grade. These resources are free for parents, and are fairly inexpensive for educators. We looked few some of the games and worksheets, and they are super cute!
We hope you enjoyed these resources, keep checking back, we’ll add more as we find them! If you have found an awesome education resource (or a few!) please comment and let us know!
